Jakarta, CNCB Indonesia – The Golkar Party officially supports Gibran Rakabuming Raka as a vice presidential candidate to accompany presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto in the 2024 presidential election.
This proposal from the Golkar party was conveyed by the General Chair of Golkar, Airlangga Hartarto at the Golkar National Meeting at the Golkar DPP on Saturday (21/10).
Prabowo welcomed the Golkar party’s proposal to support Gibran, the eldest son of Indonesian President Jokowi, as vice presidential candidate who will accompany him.
However, Prabowo will bring the Golkar party’s proposal to the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) forum first. Later, the names of the vice presidential candidates will be announced together after an agreement has been reached in the forum.
