Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia- Chairman of the BAKTI Kominfo Task Force, Sarwoto Atmosutarno, is optimistic that the formation of the Task Force will be able to accelerate the achievement of targets in the Telecommunications and Information Accessibility Agency (BAKTI Kominfo) project even though it was marred by corruption cases.
Sarwoto said the Task Force is expected to be able to coordinate the implementation of the BAKTI project and plan the sustainability of the BAKTI project as the backbone of government digitalization & equitable access to 3T (Disadvantaged, Frontier and Outermost) regions.
Meanwhile, the General Chair of APJATEL, Jerry Mangasas Swandy, hopes that the government can strengthen collaboration with the private sector in encouraging the acceleration of equal distribution of Indonesian internet services.
